1.2 Orders can be placed by contacting the website management, subject to availability and geographic location.
1.3 Payment for products on the website can be made via credit card, subject to the approval of the website management.
1.4 Product prices include VAT subject to tax laws.
1.5 The website management reserves the right to terminate its services and/or the sale of products at any time.
1.6 Eligibility to use the website is granted to any citizen aged 16 and over. Ordering is permitted for those who possess an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and an email address, which will be provided at the time of purchase. A minor performing actions will be considered a minor who has received the permission of their parents/guardians to make the purchase on the website.

Cancellations and Changes to Service Types -

2.1 Transaction cancellation and product return policy are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
2.2 Cancellation of an order is possible up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
2.3 Regarding the return of products that have already been shipped, full responsibility for returning the products lies with the customer. The customer will be charged for shipping costs as paid at the time of the order and for any additional payment regarding the costs of returning the product to the business.
2.4 Products that can be recorded or duplicated, or products whose original packaging has been opened by the customer, cannot be returned.
2.5 The company is entitled to cancel the delivery of an order to a user for any reason. In such a case, the customer shall have no claim against the website.
2.6 Notification of cancellation or termination by the company will be delivered to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the user's credit card or will refund any amount paid for the products, if paid.

Shipping Policy -

3.1 Home delivery, next-day delivery, subject to the recipient's availability.
3.2 (*) Delivery to "remote geographical areas" is carried out within 3-4 business days, subject to the recipient's availability.
3.3 Shipping costs are as they appear on the payment page.
3.4 Shipping areas are subject to the shipping company's policy. If the products cannot be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering, the company will contact the customer to obtain an alternative address, subject to the shipping company's distribution areas.
3.5 The choice of the shipping company is the sole decision of the company management.
3.6 A delay due to a reason related to the ordering customer will not be counted within the days for package delivery.
3.7 There is no delivery on Fridays and holiday eves (these days will not be counted as business days for delivery).
3.8 Delivery times to the customer: 08:00 – 21:00 on every working day except Fridays and holiday eves.

"Remote geographical areas" include: areas appearing in the geographically remote areas table on the Katz Deliveries website, including: the Golan Heights and the northern border / Jordan Valley / settlements beyond the Green Line / Gaza Envelope / Dead Sea / Arava settlements and Eilat.

Warranty and Service -

4.1 The website management is not responsible for physical and/or financial damages and/or any other damage caused during the service or following the use of the products.
